Synthetic HEPA Filter Media is a polymer-based high-efficiency filtration material developed by us for applications where a fiberglass-free filter structure is preferred. We use carefully selected synthetic fibers and controlled nonwoven structures to provide reliable particle capture, mechanical strength, flexibility, and moisture resistance. Compared with traditional glass fiber solutions, synthetic construction offers greater flexibility in material design and downstream processing.
As an experienced filtration media manufacturer, we can develop and supply different fiber structures, thicknesses, widths, basis weights, and filtration performance according to customer requirements.
