Product Overview
Washable PET Air Filter Media is produced using advanced polyester nonwoven technology to create a uniform and flexible fiber structure. The three-dimensional fiber network enables effective depth filtration, allowing airborne dust particles and contaminants to be captured throughout the media instead of only on the surface.
The strong polyester fiber composition provides excellent durability, moisture resistance and dimensional stability. Compared with traditional disposable filter materials, this product can withstand repeated washing and cleaning processes while maintaining reliable filtration performance.
The special fiber arrangement offers good air permeability and low pressure drop, helping ventilation systems maintain efficient airflow with lower energy consumption. The smooth surface of the polyester fibers also allows collected dust to be removed easily during cleaning, extending the service life of the filter material.
This reusable polyester filter media can be customized in different weights, thicknesses, widths and filtration grades according to customer requirements. Supplied in roll form, it is convenient for filter manufacturers to process into panel filters, pre-filters and other customized air filtration products.
