Description
The floor filter has good temperature resistance and chemical resistance — polyester fibers tend to swell when in long-term contact with solvents, while glass fibers can stably withstand various coating chemicals. Meanwhile, its paint-holding capacity is 1.2-1.5 times that of ordinary glass fiber cotton, offering a longer service life and lower overall usage cost.

Product Features
Floor Filter is a heavy-duty glass fiber filtration medium developed for the floor section of spray booths and other high-loading coating environments.
Deep-loading glass fiber matrix: Its progressive fiber structure captures coating particles through the depth of the media rather than relying solely on surface accumulation, allowing more effective use of the available filter volume.
Built for coating chemicals: Glass fibers provide stronger resistance to many coating-related solvents and chemicals than polyester-based alternatives, making the material suitable for demanding paint booth conditions.
Resilient under airflow: The open, elastic construction helps the media retain its profile when subjected to continuous airflow and accumulated overspray.
High loading capability: Depending on grade, dust holding capacity reaches 3,200–4,900 g, providing substantial contaminant storage for continuous spray operations.
Wide operating range: With temperature resistance up to 170°C and initial pressure drop of only 15–20 Pa, the media can accommodate demanding booth ventilation conditions.
Application Areas
Floor Filter is particularly suitable for downward-airflow filtration where paint overspray needs to be intercepted before reaching exhaust chambers or downstream equipment.
Downdraft Spray Booths: Captures overspray carried toward the booth floor by vertical airflow.
Automotive Refinishing: Suitable for vehicle painting, body repair, and professional coating workshops.
Industrial Coating Lines: Applicable to machinery, metal components, appliances, and fabricated products requiring spray finishing.
Furniture & Wood Finishing: Supports overspray collection during lacquer, paint, and surface-treatment operations.
High-Load Paint Environments: Suitable for facilities requiring robust floor-level filtration and consistent ventilation performance.
