Washable & Reusable Construction: The media withstands repeated water washing and compressed air blow-cleaning without structural breakdown. The reusable coarse air filter sheet can be cleaned with water and mild detergent on a limited basis, significantly extending its service life compared to disposable alternatives.
Progressive Density Filtration Structure: The cleanable HVAC pre-filter material features a stepwise fiber layering design, with coarser fibers at the air inlet side and finer fibers at the outlet side. This gradient configuration enables staged filtration, capturing larger particles upstream while maintaining high dust holding capacity across the entire media depth.
Moisture & Chemical Resistance: The 100% polyester fiber substrate withstands up to 100% relative humidity and resists degradation from occasional moisture carryover. The media contains no silicone and exhibits flame retardancy class F1 per DIN 53438.
