Description
PP/PET non-wovens filtration media is a composite filter material made by blending polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers. It combines PP’s good chemical resistance and PET’s high mechanical strength.
With a uniform porous structure, it efficiently filters particles, dust and impurities, while having excellent wear resistance and long service life.

Product Features
Nonwovens Filtration Media combines polypropylene and polyester fibers to create a versatile synthetic substrate for different air filtration constructions.
Balanced Fiber Combination: PP contributes chemical and moisture resistance, while PET adds mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, creating a practical balance for demanding filtration environments.
Broad Performance Range: Available from F5-F7 through H14, allowing filter manufacturers to select the appropriate grade for coarse, fine, or high-efficiency air filtration requirements.
Low Airflow Resistance: Depending on the grade, resistance ranges from approximately 5 to 50 Pa, supporting airflow-oriented filter designs.
Manufacturing Flexibility: Available in widths of 1.5 or 1.6 meters, making the rolls suitable for different converting, pleating, and filter assembly processes.
Industrial Durability: The synthetic fiber composition provides good dimensional integrity and wear resistance for continuous-use filtration products.
